ATTENTION (March 10, 2025) : Thank you to everyone that has utilized Smartvault for this tax year. We have the following updates:

(1) if documents are being uploaded to your assigned vault, we request that you do not email them to us additionally, or send a confirmatory email, in an effort to reduce email traffic, and

(2) S Corporations or Partnerships with a normal tax return due date of March 15th will be automatically extended if information is received after close of business on March 10th for an incremental fee.
